I've arrived

Arrived in Auckland this morning and had my first New Zealand Beer at 5:30am. I blame the jet lag, i'm not an alcoholic!

Tomorrows the day!

So tomorrow i will fly out to New Zealand, the bags all packed and i'm ready to go! I just hope i don't forget anything vital.

In these two bags are all my possessions for the next 6 months. If they get lost at the airport, someone is going to die!

My Gap Year Volunteering

This August i will be flying out to New Zealand to do 6 months conservation and environmental work in both New Zealand and Australia. I have raised over £4000 for the costs of the trip through work, sponsored events and donations. I will keep updating this blog so those who have helped me out can keep track of what i'm doing and so i can save some money on internet and phone bills.
